What are your payment methods and terms?
We accept check, ACH, and credit card payments.
Payment Terms: COD or 30 days determined at contract signing and based on rental terms.
Late fee applied to late payments.

How long will it take to get my slider?
Available at normal pickup times between 1:30pm – 5:30pm after all the necessary paperwork received. Special arrangements can be made for emergencies.
What if my slider gets damaged?
Call us and we can send another slider to complete your job.
Can I extend my rental beyond the initial time frame?
Please notify us immediately to make any necessary adjustments in your return date and initial rental agreement.
